I have wholeheartedly advocated aging folks on personal computers and the Internet as a means of maintaining a special quality of life for my peers, specifically in the sphere of memory improvement. I, myself, use a Facebook account and a number of other social media accounts, besides. I examine my Facebook page almost every day because it helps me keep up with individuals I know all over the world. In reality, I have never met some of them face-to-face, and others I may not have seen for fifty years or more!
